A Harry Potter fanatic, animal lover, mother and dedicated community member, Natalie Gordon is coming up on one year with United Way, and what a wonderful year it has been. First introduced to United Way while working for a partner agency, Natalie remembers leaning on the organization for support. After being laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic, she found herself in a new position as a Human Resource Executive. The common thread? She was still connecting with United Way as a workplace campaign lead and arranging volunteer events … Wherever she went, United Way was always a part of her work. It was clear to her at that point, she was meant to be a member of the United Way team.
